Ensures precise dosing and uniform dough depositing.
Works with homogeneous doughs, similar to those used in piping bags. In general, any dough that flows well through a piping bag will also perform well in the machine. It is essential that the dough does not crumble and maintains uniform consistency, making it ideal for cheese starch snacks, butter cookies, meringues, and other well-bound doughs.
The EX-10 operates with standard 60 × 40 cm trays, widely used in the industry, ensuring seamless integration with your production process. Its depositing system delivers uniform filling, contributing to product consistency and stable production.

In the semi-automatic version, a timer controls the dough depositing time, ensuring greater dosing consistency. Activation can be done via button or a single tap on the pedal, simplifying operation and increasing productivity. Stick and ring formats are still formed manually via handwheel, maintaining flexibility and control in the process.
